If you require any changes or wish to cancel your order, kindly contact us as soon as possible. Please note that once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to accommodate any modifications.

The status 'Unfulfilled' simply indicates that we have received your order successfully. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, and the status will be updated to 'Fulfilled'.

You can find the batteries for our watches at electronic stores, as well as most watch repair or jewelry shops. We recommend seeking assistance from a watch repair shop or jeweler for battery replacement. It is not recommended to replace the battery yourself as it requires special tools and may result in damage to the watch.

You can clean your leather strap using a damp cloth and a mild leather cleaner. Please avoid using water, as it can damage the leather.
To ensure the longevity of your watch's leather strap, it's essential to protect it. We recommend keeping the strap as dry as possible at all times and avoiding prolonged exposure to sunlight to prevent discoloration.

Most of our watches are rated at 3ATM, making them water-resistant rather than waterproof. They can handle humidity and withstand water splashes from activities like handwashing or light rain, but they are not suitable for full submersion.
As a reminder, always push the crown back in after adjusting the time to prevent any condensation from entering.

Warranty & Other Information

MINO offers a comprehensive limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for a period of two years from the original purchase date. Our warranty ensures that if any watch parts or mechanics fail to function properly due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your product free of charge. However, please note that the warranty does not cover damages resulting from water, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft.
