You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to try your new item at home, in front of your mirror, and while wearing your favorite outfit. If the item does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund.

- Choose the appropriate reason for your return from the dropdown menu to ensure your return is processed correctly.
- Once your request is approved, print the return label and attach it securely to your return package. It's preferable to use the same shipping materials in which your order was delivered. Ensure any previous labels are removed before attaching the new one.
- Please note that items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Refunds
